What is better than ice-cream on a hot day after a sweaty gym session? Perhaps ice cream which not only tastes amazing but is packed with protein too!!
This Berry Nice-Cream has been my go to breakfast lately, as it’s been so lovely and warm here in Melbourne, Australia (it can be rare to get good hot weather even in summer here…). I recently switched up my protein powders as unfortunately I was unable to digest my previous protein powder and thus, was making me sick. Anyway it wasn’t a total loss, as I was recommended to try Happy Way Protein and absolutely fell in love with it!! I have tried all five of their flavours and can’t get enough of it!!!
I have to say, I never thought I would use the berry protein as much as I do, but it’s turned out to be one of my favourites and seems to go with everything I make! So if you are in need of a delicious refreshing breakfast or a healthy dessert, give this easy recipe a go!
✦ 1/4-1/2 cup of almond milk.
✦ 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries.
✦ 1/2 a frozen banana.
✦ 4-5 ice cubes.
✦ 1 serving of Happy Way berry protein powder (*use a vanilla plant based protein if vegan).
✦ 1 tsp of Tropeaka immunity powder.
✦ 1 tsp of Loving Earth dark agave syrup.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth and thick. Place into a cup or bowl and top with blueberries, cherries, shredded coconut & healthy slice chunks!. ENJOY!!

✦ Goodmix Superfoods vegan ball bag (raw cacao protein ball mix). I just added coconut oil to the mixture and pressed it into the bottom of a tin then placed it in the freezer for 10 minutes until I made the chocolate for the top:.
✦ mix together 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil, 1/3 cup of rice malt syrup, & 4 tbs of Tropeaka raw cacao powder. Pour this on top of the slice and place it in the freezer. Eat directly from the freezer.. it’s amazing!! 🙌🏼.
