I’m calling this breakfast my “Probiotic chia pudding & antioxidant cacao smoothie combo”! The ingredients I used are all really good for your gut health, so after eating this breakfast you are left feeling completely satisfied but not awfully full or bloated 🙌🏼 If you are craving something chocolatey, but without the guilt, try this delicious combo!

PROBIOTIC CHIA PUDDING ✦ 1/4 cup of black chia seeds.

✦ 1 cup of almond milk.

✦ 1 tsp of Loving Earth dark agave syrup.

✦ 1 tbsp of Born Cultured natural coconut yoghurt.

Add all ingredients to a jar. Mix first, then give it a shake with the lid on. Place it in the fridge overnight. Stir through in the morning. .

ANTIOXIDANT CACAO SMOOTHIE ✦ 1/4-1/2 cup of almond milk (depending on your desired smoothie consistency).

✦1 tbsp of Tropeaka cacao powder.

✦ 1 tsp of Loving Earth dark agave syrup.

✦ 1 heaps tsp of Mayvers roasted peanut butter.

✦ 1/2 – 1 serving of Happy Way salted caramel protein powder (substitute for a vanilla or chocolate pea protein powder if vegan 🌱).

✦ cinnamon to taste.

✦ 1/2 a frozen banana.

✦ 1/2 a banana & berries for topping (*optional)

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender (I used a vitamix ) and blend until completely smooth. ➩➩➩ place the chia pudding in a glass then carefully arrange the thinly sliced banana around the wall of the glass, on top of the chia pudding. Once you have completed this step, pour the cacao smoothie on top.  Feel free to add any toppings of your choice if you want to change the recipe up.  My personal favourites to add are caramelised buckinis clusters, coconut yoghurt and fresh berries!
